What we collect

When you book a room on this website we ask for:

• your name and phone number
• your email address, if you choose to give it
• your dates, the room you want and how many people are coming
• anything you write in the "Anything else?" box

We don't ask for card numbers, bank details or ID on this website. Nothing is paid online.

How we use it

We use your details only to manage your stay: to confirm the booking, to contact you about it, to prepare your room and to keep our own accounts. We don't sell your details or use them for advertising, and we don't send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Where it's kept and who sees it

Bookings are saved in a database run for us by Cloudflare, the company that hosts this website. Only the hotel's own staff can see them, through a password-protected page. If you send your booking on WhatsApp or by email instead, it's kept in that app the way any message is.

We keep booking records for as long as we need them for our accounts and the law. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time, using the contacts below.

Other services on this page

This website doesn't set its own tracking or advertising cookies. Some parts come from other companies, which may collect technical information such as your IP address under their own privacy policies:

• Google Maps, for the map, and Google Fonts, for the lettering
• TikTok, for the videos you can play on the page
• Open-Meteo, for the live weather (no personal details are sent)
• Wikimedia Commons hosts the original landscape photos; the copies on this site are stored with the site itself

When you press "Copy and open Google" in the review form, your review text is copied on your own device and Google's review page opens. We don't receive or store your review.
